Instagram has a great new sticker for businesses and designers. It’s called Request a Quote. With this sticker, your potential customers can fill out a form directly from your Instagram story. Let’s take a look at the options!
How to use the sticker Get Quote
To use the Request a Quote sticker, you must have a business account on Instagram. If you don’t already, head over to your profile. Tap the menu at the top right, then Settings > Account. Once in the Account section, scroll to the bottom and click on the option in blue: Switch to a business account.
If you already have a business account, here’s how to use the Quote sticker:
- Create a new story,
- Click on the Sticker icon at the top,
- Scroll down to find the Request a Quote sticker,
- Click on the sticker to start setting up your form,
- You have two choices: a standard form or a custom form.
- Once the form is set up, the sticker will finally appear on your story!
How to edit your Quote sticker and CTA on Instagram
Once you’ve created your form, you can edit it at any time, but you’ll need to go to the Edit Profile option, which is located… on your profile! Next, you’ll need to click on Action Buttons, then Get a Quote. If you had opted for a standard form to begin with, then through this section you can create a custom form.
Good to know: you also have the option to change the CTA that will be displayed on your Instagram profile. 4 possibilities at the moment: Apply, Learn more, Get a quote, Sign up.
How do you find completed forms on Instagram?
You’ll receive an Instagram notification (and email) if prospects complete your form via the Quote sticker or via the CTA on your profile. In the Notifications section, you’ll then see You have leads to review. Simply click on them to access the information.
